Training Program:

1. State-of-the-art Technical Video Analysis:
• High-quality recording of each session for detailed analysis of your technique, positioning, and execution of maneuvers.
• Precise identification of errors and areas for improvement through visual and comparative analysis.
• Development of concrete objectives based on the analysis, with personalized corrections to maximize your progress.
2. Refinement of Advanced Maneuvers:
• Refinement of crucial maneuvers such as vertical snaps and powerful re-entries.
• Mastery of progressive maneuvers such as laybacks, carving, and aerials.
• Development of fluency in the execution of complex combinations of maneuvers.
3. Control and Adaptation in Diverse Conditions:
• Ability to surf with precision in fast, hollow, and larger waves.
• Adaptation of technique and strategy according to the unique characteristics of each spot.
• Improvement of performance under pressure and in competitive conditions.
4. Intelligent Competitive Strategy:
• Strategic planning of wave routes, prioritizing sections to obtain maximum scores.

Key Objectives of the Technical Training Level:

Upon completing this level, you will be able to:

• Execute advanced maneuvers with precision and consistency in different types of waves.
• Optimize speed and control in the critical sections of the wave.
• Combine maneuvers with fluidity and power. Interpret the sea in an advanced way, anticipating the sections to maximize each wave.
• Successfully adapt to diverse sea conditions, spots, and competition waves.
• Adjust your surfing in real-time through technical and strategic analysis.

Video Analysis Methodology:

• High-quality recordings in each session.
• Detailed reviews on land with step-by-step explanations.
• Comparisons with other surfers or previous sessions for effective progress tracking.
• Personalized monitoring of specific objectives in each session.

Practical Information:

• Price: €150 per weekly session.
• Ratio: Minimum 2 students, maximum 7.
• Hours: Adapted to demand.
• Material Included: High-quality video analysis material.
• Surfskates for practice and technical development outside the water.
• Travel to different breaks to optimize the conditions of each session.
• Not Included: Surfboard.

Conditions:

• You must inform the technicians if the student suffers from any illness, injury or other illness that could be relevant.
• By signing the REGISTRATION FORM form you authorise the technicians of our school to take the appropriate decisions in case of accident or illness.
• Due to adverse weather conditions, schedules may change.
• Payment for the activity will be made by bank transfer between the 1st and 5th of each month. In the concept must indicate the name of the student. If the transfer has not been made before the 5th of each month, the student will not be able to attend classes that month.
• If a student does not attend a class, they will not be able to postpone it for another day, unless the absence is due to illness or injury. In this case, the student must present a medical certificate. The class must be held in the same month (with another group if necessary). The student must notify the school of the desired date as soon as possible. Once the availability of places has been verified, a confirmation email will be sent.
• All official communications between parent/student and school will be made by email escuela@oceansidegrancanaria.com.
• Any communication made by other means (telephone, whatsapp...) will not be valid.
• It is obligatory for the student to have the FEDERATIVE SPORTS FORM granted by the Canarian Surfing Federation.
