IMPORTANT INFORMATION

To rent you must provide your ID or Passport
If you’re under 18 you have to come accompanied by an adult
The Voucher is personal and non-transferable
The Voucher has an expiration date of one year from the date of purchase
The time of use of the surf equipment will be counted in fractions of 1 hour
If the customer returns the material before completing a fraction of 1 hour this can not be recovered nor will the amount be refunded
If the client is late in returning the material it is considered a fraction of 1 extra hour consumed after 15 minutes of the agreed hour. If it is the last hour of the voucher the customer must pay the amount that appears in the standard rate
Surf equipment cannot be reserved in advance
Under no circumstances will the amount of the voucher be refunded in full or in part
The drawings and colors of the surfboards that appear in the photographs may not coincide with those of the surfboards available at the time of collection
Hardboards are forbidden in the whitewash
The deadline for returning equipment from Monday to Fridays is 18:45 hours (Winter Time) or 19:15 hours (Summer Time)
The deadline for returning equipment on Saturdays is 16:15 hours
The deadline for returning equipment on Sundays is 14:15 hours
