Surf in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

This surf spot known under the name of La Cicer it is the "house ad" of our Surf Camps.

Only 50 yards distance from La Cicer, you will find our surf school, surf camp and our surf shop.

The spot is located at the western end of the 4 kilometer long Canteras beach.

This beach break is probably the best spot of the whole island. It is perfect for all beginners, but also good surfers because it produces waves in various sizes all year long.

In comparison to other spots like El Fronton or El Confital, the waves do not have a reef and the beaches have a sandy surface.

There are 4 different breaks fro which you can choose the one that suits you best.

The spot has good waves and probably the best infrastructure on the island. On the beach you will find numerous showers, a Red Cross station, and even hooks to hang your towel.

The Canarian Surf scene is crowded with dozens of surf bars, restaurants and pubs. Immediately after you are done with surfing and eating a good meal while enjoying sea view, the notorious nightlife of Surf City in Las Palmas cann begin.

You will love it, starting from midnight and continuing until in the early hours of the morning.

The atmosphere in the water is created by many Erasmus students and people who live in Las Palmas.

The famous surfers give the increasing, global awareness of great waves and this makes Surf City an international vacation spot.
